Another Change in Spelling

Parents-

Thank you for the overwhelming support in wanting your child to read and write our word wall words.  I will continue to send out a list of words on the blog and through email for your child to practice each week.  However, I will not ask them to write them at school and reward them for getting them correct.  It would be a great idea for you to keep practicing these words at home and assess them at the end of the week.  Here are this week’s words. SUPER SPELLING FRIDAYS

Hi Parents,

Due to extenuating circumstances, we will not have our Super Spellers Friday any more. I still highly encourage students to practice reading and writing the word wall words that are located on the report card. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Friday Super Spellers

Today was our first Friday Super Spellers!!  I am very pleased with everyone!!  Their work will be in their folder for you to view.

Here are a few reminders for next week:

-Please make sure that your child is practicing writing the list of words and reading them

-Please remind you child to write the words in all lower case letters

-It would be a good idea to put the words on flash cards
