Math: I can rock the CBA!

Writing: We can select powerful,descriptive words that help paint a picture in our reader's mind.
Spelling: We can spell words with rhyme patterns -ee and bl- blend.

Reading: We can read with our book club.

Science: We can use book creator to finish a project on weather.

Problem Solving & Special Guest Readers

Today in problem solving we demonstrated that we can solve the same math problem in different ways.  Here are a few examples-




It is so fun to learn from each other! 


Today we had a quest reader.  Sophia's mom, Mrs. Rox came and read an Elmer book.  We love listening to others read to us!


Mrs. Kumar read a book to us that described animals dressing up as other animals.  It made us think about the Book Character parade that we will have after Good Morning Hosp on Friday.  
Please refer the the Book Character guidelines sent out last week in Thursday folders and in the newsletter. Tomorrow is Read Across HOSP.  Please bring a towel and we will read in the library.
