Field Trip

Hello Parents,

Thank you so much for volunteering to help chaperone! 

A few things you will need to know:

-You are welcome to meet us there, we should arrive around 9:30 OR you may follow the bus which will leave school around 9:00

-Pay your admission at the first building when you arrive

-I will give you your group of friends once we get off the bus, along with a little baggie of band aids & my phone number

Our Schedule: 

9:45 Guided Trail

10:45 Lunch at the outdoor amphitheater/ Self guided exhibits

11:45 Self guided exhibits

12:45 Meet to get back on the bus, you may sign your child out with me if you want to take your child home with you from the museum

Dress:

-Green class shirt

-Long pants

-Old tennis shoes

-Sunscreen

-Bug repellent

-Hat(optional)

-Lunch:

Please pack a sack lunch unless you have purchased a sack lunch from the café.  Please make sure that everything can be thrown away. (If you are a chaperone you can bring a small cooler for your group of students)
