Writing: We can select powerful,descriptive words that help paint a picture in our reader's mind.
Spelling: We can spell words with rhyme patterns -ee and bl- blend.

Reading: We can read with our book club.

Science: We can use book creator to finish a project on weather.

1st grade Super Hero, birthday celebrations and more

This week had flown by fast with the ice day Monday and math assesents. 

Madisyn was the Super Hero for first grade. Madisyn does a wonderful job listening and following directions. 


Sophia turned 7 today!! Happy birthday Sophia. If you look close you will see a bow on her birthday crown. 
Last but not least, someone lost a tooth today. (With a little help of Ms. Weinke)
