YAY for the 2nd week of school!! We are really coming along with classroom procedures and following our class schedule. Each day gets better and better!
This week we sorted our names on the word wall by the first letter of our name. We have lots of friends that start with the letter “J.” We are also talking about the famous author Eric Carle. Yesterday we read Draw Me a Star. When we were finished we made our own stars out of tissue paper. Today we read The Mixed Up Chameleon and wrote about the animal that we would want to be.
It has been an exciting week with more fun things to come!! We will go to the library for the first time on Wednesday. I hope to see you all at Curriculum night Thursday!
